Your personal data will be stored: a) to the extent that the Controller processes the employee’s personal data – for no longer than a period of 3 years from the date of termination of the employment relationship/contract with the employee/co-worker, b) to the extent that the Controller processes the personal data of the Customer, the Customer’s employee or any other user of e-learning courses – for the duration of the training course or the concluded agreement, but no longer than for the period in which the Controller, as the provider of the warranty for the products, provides the warranty for the given type of product. After this period, the data will only be processed to the extent and for the duration required by law, including tax and accounting regulations. The period for processing personal data may be extended each time by the period of the limitation for claims if the processing of personal data is necessary for the Controller to pursue possible claims or defend against such claims. The recipients of your personal data will be the providers of the e-learning platform and providers of such services as legal aid entities, insurance companies, tax offices, public administration bodies, e.g. the police, public prosecution services, courts, enforcement bodies. You have the right to: access the content of your personal data, including requesting a copy of your personal data and their rectification, erasure of your personal data (right to be forgotten), restriction of the processing of your personal data, have your personal data transferred to another controller, object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for purposes stipulated in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for reasons related to your particular situation. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR. The provision of your personal data in connection with the participation in training courses is, in the case of the Controller’s employees, a contractual requirement and, in the case of other entities, voluntary but required for the provision of access to the training course in question. |
